The book that you will receive may not necessarily be exactly the same.
If the book has been reprinted or republished, there could be slight differences in the number of pages, general layout and the design of the cover.

These are Mass Produced and Constantly changing therefore in most cases you are likely to receive slightly different colours or designs than the one displayed.

If you would Like A Specific Colour Range, Please Mention This in the Order Notes or by Replying to the Order Confirmation email.

3. Indian / Pakistani Published Books

The quality is usually of acceptable level however in some cases Print Quality may be slightly poor.

On the odd occasion, the level of the translation may also be below the expected standard (These points are usually clarified within the description of the book)
On the positive side, the Price for these books is generally very much lower than its equivalent Published elsewhere.

The Postage charges may appear to be very high, this is because of the low Price for A Heavy Book.

Unless the book is no longer in print or it may need to be imported from outside the UK, in which case we will notify you by email ASAP and according to your request either issue you with a refund or send the item when it is back in stock.

8. Returns Policy

If you believe that you have been mislead into buying any of our items, or the items are damaged, simply advise us by email and return the items to the address provided by us.
We will refund you for the Full Amount, if you so wish Return delivery costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return

• The items must be in the original condition and packaging with any security seals intact
• Repackage the products securely and send to the address provided
• Include the reason for the return, the invoice number and your email address or telephone number. Tell us if you would like a refund or a replacement
• If we dont receive the item we cant refund you or replace it, so we recommend you obtain a certificate of posting.

Claims for damaged/ short delivery must be made in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods. Goods supplied by the company which are proved to be defective through faulty material or workmanship, will be replaced or at our discretion their value will be refunded, provided that we are notified in writing within 28 days from the date of delivery and the goods alleged to be defective are returned to us.
